All of our hosting plans/accounts include a 30 day money back guarantee. If you are dissatisfied with our service for any reason, you will receive a full refund (minus any setup fees,overage charges or domain name registration or registrar transfer fees) if you cancel your account within 30 days from the date your account was first activated.

Our refund policy does not apply to any additional items or services that go beyond the plan(s) provided. Please note that no refunds are available after this 30 day period. In order to cancel your service with Hostwire.com, you must contact our billing department at billing@hostwire.com. Please be aware that there are no pro-rated refunds after the first 30 days of service.

The 30 day money back guarantee does not apply to reseller accounts, dedicated, managed servers or any fees associated with these accounts. The 30 day money back guarantee does not apply to account renewals.

Accounts cancelled/terminated by Hostwire.com for violations of our Terms of Service do not qualify for the 30-day money back guarantee. For example, if your account is cancelled due to spamming, your account will be terminated immediately and no refund will be given.

If you paid by check or money order please allow 4-6 weeks for delivery of your refund.
